What should I do if I don't have access to my email?
If you do not have direct access to the email submitted to Echo, you must contact support.

What should I do if I haven't received any password reset email?
If you haven't received any password reset emails, please wait 5-10 minutes. If no email arrived after 10 minutes, the email address you entered may have been incorrect or there could be an error on our end. Please contact support if this is the case.
